Shipping:
- Processing Time – Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) upon receiving payment. We strive to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
- Shipping Rates: Shipping charges are calculated flat rate of 65 INR for pan India, and 35 INR within Chennai, Tamil Nadu. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before completing your purchase.
- Shipping Methods: We use India Post Postal Service for all orders which has a 100% delivery success rate with us.
- Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation message/ email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the delivery status of your package. You can track it on the India Post website
- Delivery: Post Man will come to the address and delivery will be done in hand- For any delay or problem with delivery please reach out to us.
- Scam: No need to pay any delivery fee to anybody for this process.
- Package: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
